  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    Standard Return Policy:

    A full refund or exchange will be issued to the purchaser for merchandise returned within 10 days of receipt of original sale of merchandise in original condition including packaging, original certificates and appraisals. Only merchandise purchased from Liberty Diamonds will be accepted for return or exchange. All merchandise must be in new, unused and unworn condition. Only the original purchaser may obtain a refund or credit card credit when the merchandise is returned. All returned or exchanged items after the 10 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee and are given store credit. No refunds or credit will be issued for custom orders, special orders, altered, sized or engraved merchandise. All credits or refunds will be issued less shipping and handling. Shipping is not included in the store credit issued.

     

    Custom and Special Order Return Policy:

    Custom and Special Orders are non-returnable items. Deposits given for any item that is canceled by a customer before completion will be used to pay for parts and labor incurred until that point and any remainder will be issued a store credit
    and the item will enter stock or be scrapped at Liberty Diamonds’ discretion. All work is the property of Liberty Diamonds and cannot be reproduced without the expressed written consent of Liberty Diamonds. Liberty Diamonds has full rights to all working CAD files which are used in the design process.

  • Do you do custom work or special orders?

    Liberty Diamonds has an in-house award winning custom designer. An appointment is suggested and the process may take anywhere between 30 minutes up to an hour. Prices are subject to change based on customer input and direction. Depending on the elaborateness of the design, there may be a design fee. An additional fee may be charged if more than 3 render changes are made. Precious metals including platinum, gold or silver are used in the design process. We offer hand sketch and CAD/CAM design.   • How soon could a custom piece be ready?

    All of our custom pieces are crafted especially for you. We will give you an estimated time at purchase or deposit. The timing depends on the vendor or jeweler and the elaborateness of the piece. The time may vary from 2 to 8 weeks depending
    on the piece.

  • Do you do repairs?

    Yes, we do on-site repairs. However, some pieces may be more delicate or require additional time. We may ask you to leave
    the piece to be repaired.  We will work on gold and platinum pieces of jewelry. We do not repair silver unless it was purchased from Liberty Diamonds. On items not purchased from Liberty Diamonds, repairs will be at Liberty Diamonds discretion and inspection. We offer both solder and laser weld repair.

  • Do I need an appointment on a repair?

    We encourage that you email sales@libertydiamonds.com or call (949)261-8663 ahead to ensure our jeweler will be available the day you wish to bring your item in for repair. In some cases, some repairs may require additional time.

  • What are your methods of payment?

    We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also have financing options available.

  • Do you offer financing?

    We offer financing through Wells Fargo, GE Capital and TDRCS.  Apply in our stores.

  • Do you provide appraisals?

    Yes, every engagement ring and jewelry purchase over $2000 comes with an initial complimentary appraisal for Insurance at a Retail Replacement Value. If the item is not purchased from Liberty Diamonds, there is a fee. We do encourage that you make an appointment, email sales@libertydiamonds.com or call (949)261-8663.  Fees for while-you-wait appraisals are $150.00 per item and are by appointment only.  If you’d prefer to leave your items to appraise then it is $100 per item and $35.00 for a verbal appraisal.  Bulk pricing is available.

  • Do we purchase used gold?

    Yes, we do. One of the owners will inspect and weigh the gold and tender an offer subject to gold’s pricing.

  • What is your Diamond Upgrade Policy?

    Liberty Diamonds offers several types of diamonds that are available for upgrade. Please inquire with a representative
    of Liberty Diamonds.

  • What types of diamonds do you offer?

    We offer a wide array of diamond shapes and sizes with GIA, AGS or EGL USA certificates.  Each diamond is hand selected and shown next to comparable diamonds to ensure you get the best selection of diamonds.  All of our diamonds are guaranteed Conflict-Free.  Additionally, we offer branded diamonds such as Firemark Princess Cut, Fire Cushion, and Ideal2.

  • Do you offer diamond cutting services?

    Yes, we do. We have diamond cutters on-site with over 30 years of experience.

  • Do you have gemologists?

    Yes, we several GIA graduate gemologists on-site to assist you with any questions that you may have about diamonds,
    jewelry or gemstones.
