Custom Process

Most of our clients come in with some idea of what they are looking for. During this stage, our designers will meet with the clients and develop a ring concept from the collective "must-haves" from the client. The smallest details are chosen during this stage, such as shank width, claw style, setting style, etc.

Our in-house award winning, CAD designer takes all the details from "The Idea" stage and creates a custom CAD design in the computer. Most of our designs are made to order, so this is the stage where the clients specifications are taken into account; such as finger size, metal choice and center stone size. Once the CAD is approved, the design is sent into casting where a blank version of the ring will be printed. Once the casting has been approved, the ring goes into setting.

Once the blank raw casting comes in, our jeweler sets all the stones by hand according to the clients chosen setting style. Once the stones are set, the jeweler cleans, polishes, and if needed plates the ring.

Ta Da! The finished ring is ready to go home and will be the start to a happy and healthy marriage! We are so grateful we get to be a part of one of the most important purchases of a lifetime!
