IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible in-stock merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 10 days of purchase, provided it is returned in new, unworn and undamaged condition with the original receipt, packaging, certificates and appraisals, if applicable.

Custom, special-order, engraved, altered or sized merchandise is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser using the original form of payment.

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible merchandise purchased through LibertyDiamonds.com may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery, provided it is returned in new, unworn and undamaged condition with all original packaging, certificates and appraisals, if applicable.

Eligible online returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise received was incorrect or defective.

Custom, special-order, engraved, altered or sized merchandise is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Online returns must be authorized by Liberty Diamonds before shipment. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser using the original form of payment after the merchandise has been received and inspected.

CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS

Custom and special orders are FINAL SALE.

A 50% deposit is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon by Liberty Diamonds. Prices are based on customer-approved specifications and may change if the customer requests changes to the design, materials or scope of work. Additional design fees may apply after three or more design changes.

If an order is cancelled before completion, the customer is responsible for materials, design, labor and other costs already incurred. These costs may be deducted from the deposit, and any remaining deposit will be issued as store credit.

The remaining balance is due upon completion.

DESIGN & CAD RIGHTS

All working CAD files, designs, renderings and production materials created by Liberty Diamonds remain the property of Liberty Diamonds and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. Purchase of a custom piece transfers ownership of the finished jewelry only and does not transfer ownership of working CAD files or other production materials.

PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGE USE

Liberty Diamonds may photograph or video jewelry for documentation, portfolio, website, social media, advertising and other promotional purposes.

Customer names, photographs of customers or other personally identifying information will not be used for promotional purposes without permission.

LIBERTY DIAMONDS WARRANTY

Liberty Diamonds engagement rings and wedding bands are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Liberty Diamonds will repair or replace, at its discretion, an item determined to have a covered defect.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, center stones, or damage resulting from work performed by another jeweler or unauthorized modification.

Fine jewelry should be inspected and maintained regularly. We recommend having rings inspected approximately every six months for loose stones, worn prongs and general condition.

PRODUCT QUALITY

Liberty Diamonds stands behind the quality and workmanship of the jewelry we sell. If you believe an item has a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us so that we can inspect the item and determine the appropriate repair or replacement.

Natural gemstones and handcrafted jewelry may exhibit variations in color, texture, pattern and other characteristics. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct ring size. If Liberty Diamonds delivers a ring in a size different from the size ordered, Liberty Diamonds will correct the sizing at no charge.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Completed custom orders and other property left with Liberty Diamonds should be retrieved promptly following notification. Unclaimed property will be handled in accordance with applicable California law.

Nothing in these policies limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
